Summary:
The outpatient facility is 57,000 sqft. and includes (2) operating rooms, outpatient surgery, trauma rooms, emergency department, PACU, exam rooms, CT scan, radiology and an MRI. The facility will also house offices, administration areas and medical records. The medical office building is a 3-story, 58,000 sqft. facility and will provide office, administration areas and a new Linear Accelerator. T. A. Loving Company was selected by Johnston Memorial Hospital to serve as CM@Risk for the new outpatient facility and medical office building in Clayton, North Carolina.
