Summary:

Carter-Finley Stadium was completed in three phases. The phases of the project included the installation of 5,800 permanent seats in the south end of Carter-Finley Stadium, the construction of three outdoor practice fields, and new restroom facilities, and the construction of the Wendell Murphy Football Center. T. A. Loving successfully negotiated a contract to provide construction management services for the delivery of these projects. The projects were delivered on schedule and under budget.

During the construction of the south end zone, T. A. Loving was also providing pre-construction services on the four-story, 105,000 square foot football operations center. Through many meetings with the owner and designer and numerous reviews of the plans at various stages of design, we were able to provide the owner with a Guaranteed Maximum Price that was considerably under the owner's original budget.
