Fall Prevention Stand Down: Spotlight on T.A. Loving

During the week of June 2-6, T. A. Loving Construction participated in the National Safety Stand-down for "Fall Prevention". Throughout North Carolina and Virginia, T. A. Loving projects stopped and conducted safety meetings discussing many aspects of project safety focusing primarily on "Fall Prevention" hazard recognition and the corrective actions that we should be taking to prevent them from occurring in the future.

Ladder safety, as well as, slip/trip and falls were our primary focus. Aerial lifts, scaffolding safety and personal fall arrest systems were highlighted as well. Housekeeping, along with the importance of everyone"s involvement was discussed at every site. In excess of five hundred workers participated in the stand-down. The culmination of the week took place at our main office where all of our senior management team participated in the stand-down. "SAFE WORK OR NO WORK"

CAGC congratulates T.A. Loving for their commitment to the safety of their employees through these focused training efforts.
