Dear Sirs:
I recently audited your Flagger Training Course taught in Goldsboro. Frank Sandy did an excellent job with this training. I like his "hands on approach." I believe people learn more from doing than seeing or hearing. But what impressed me the most is his answer to a participant's question during the training.
The Question was, "What do you do if you don't have all the work zone signs or you need and your supervisor asks you to set up a work zone?" Frank's reply was "T.A. Loving's motto is Safe Work or NO Work!"
I was very impressed. Yall are doing a great gob with your training. Needless to say I approved your flagger training to meet our future NCDOT Work Zone Qualification Program. Keep up the good work!
