T.A. Loving Company celebrates topping out for Jackson Circle Parking Deck / UNC Chapel Hill

Over 150 people attended a topping out luncheon for the UNC-Chapel Hill Jackson Circle Parking Deck Project. Laborers, superintendents, UNC Construction Management, State Construction and Department of Public Safety personnel attended this milestone event. T.A. Loving Company Project Manager, Ron Jaruzel thanked everyone for their hard work and dedication on this project.

Since the project began in June 2005 over 21,000 cubic yards of concrete have been placed, 55,000 cubic yards of mass excavation have been removed and nearly three million pounds of rebar installed.

When completed in August of this year the new parking structure will accommodate over 800 vehicles.
