T. A. Loving Company’s Building Division Announces Two New Healthcare Projects

 Johnston Memorial Hospital

Johnston Memorial Hospital has selected T. A. Loving Company as Construction Manager for their new medical center in Clayton, North Carolina.  The 55,000 square foot acute care facility will include emergency, diagnostic service and outpatient surgery.  In conjunction, there will be a 40,000 square foot two-story medical office building.  The architect is Johnson, Johnson, Crabtree, of Nashville, Tennessee.

Craven Regional Medical Center

T. A. Loving Company was selected as Construction Manager for this 29,000 square foot, multi-phase, expansion and renovation project in New Bern, North Carolina.  The vertical expansion will add a 6th floor to the current 100 wing and a 4th and 5th floor to the 600 wing.  Extensive renovations will be made to the 3rd floor 300 & 600 wing.  The architect is Wright, McGraw, Beyer, of Charlotte, North Carolina.
