Campbell University New Residence Hall Goldsboro, NC - November 2009 - The groundbreaking for Campbell University's Student Residence Hall was held on November 23, 2009. Construction will begin immediately on the new 3-story, 150 bed residence hall by T. A. Loving Company. The building is scheduled to be completed by late July, 2010.
