Promotion of Stephen Salter

T. A. Loving Company, Goldsboro, NC, announces the promotion of Stephen Salter to Assistant Vice President.  Stephen graduated from East Carolina University in 1992 with a B.S. in Industry and Technology, concentrating in Construction Management.  He joined T. A. Loving Company's Bridge Division in 1993, working on the construction of the Wright Memorial Bridge.  Stephen and his wife, Tina, have two children, Shannon and Stephanie, and reside in Sunbury.
