Human Resources Director & EEO Officer
As the Human Resources Director, Ashley’s positive attitude combined with her extensive knowledge/training helps the organization prosper. Ashley has been working in the field of Human Resources since 2011 and joined T.A. Loving Company in November 2015. She is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the Human Resources Department. Ashley works with management to ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws related to employee benefits, compensation, employment and job-specific training. She creates, implements and updates policies and procedures in the department. When called upon, she assists with disciplinary actions. Division Managers can count on Ashley to support them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters. She analyzes and reviews wage and salary reports/surveys to determine a competitive compensation and benefits program. One of Ashley’s goals is to make sure our company benefits are competitive and cost effective. She makes recommendations about employer/employee cost sharing, claims resolution, change reporting, etc. Ashley is constantly coming up with new ideas to foster a more productive organization. She is always only a quick phone call or office visit away from assisting employees with any HR need.
