EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

Greg Maready is Director of Risk Management and Safety. Greg’s primary role is to oversee the Risk Management and Safety Department, which serves as a support service for both the Building and Heavy Civil Utility Divisions. Greg and his staff oversee all Insurance Operations to include: Workers Compensation, Property and Casualty and Builders Risk, as well as Fleet Insurance and General Liability Insurance for the company. Greg and his staff also oversee all aspects of the TA Loving Company Safety Program. Greg and his staff are Certified Safety Instructors in many areas and hold OSHA 500 Level Outreach Trainer Certifications. The Safety Department focuses on Pre-Construction Hazard Reviews, Team Communication Concepts and Individual Knowledge Practices for delivering the Policies and Procedures that are included in our Corporate Written Safety Program and Standard Operational Procedures. Greg has served in many positions at T.A. Loving, including Field Engineer, Project Manager, and Director of Emergency Services Operations for the Heavy Civil Division.

Greg earned a Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina State University where he was a Scholar Student Athlete member of the Wolfpack Football Team from 1985 to 1987. He is a 28-year veteran member of the Wallace Fire Department. Greg has served on numerous state boards and is currently on the Carolinas AGC Safety Committee and the NUCA Safety Committee.
