Karol’s role with T. A. Loving is to source and develop talent pipelines across a diverse set of functional disciplines within the organization, and to promote the T. A. Loving employer brand. Karol works with hiring managers to fill mission-critical roles at all levels of the organization. As the owner of T. A. Loving’s talent recruitment function, she’s responsible for building strategies and systems that will grow the organization’s talent pool by working closely with hiring managers to develop and execute on a vision for talent acquisition that supports T. A. Loving Company as it continues to grow. Karol has worked on various issues pertaining to race, gender, and workforce equality initiatives through affirmative action plans in the workplace. She has been involved in several programs and memberships that help advance opportunities for underrepresented individuals. She thrives daily to improve and enforce processes, policies, and programs that support an inclusive work environment. One of her first initiatives within T. A. Loving was to champion the AGC Culture of Care program.
She currently serves on AGC Diversity and Inclusion Committee representing the Utility Infrastructure Division.
