Charlie has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, primarily in  heavy civil infrastructure in the the Southeast. Throughout his career, Charlie has built projects by focusing on safety, quality, and production. These cornerstones have lead to many successful projects and collaborative relationships with owners and engineers.

Charlie is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University in Civil Engineering and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Georgia. Charlie is a North Carolina professional engineer.
