Sara Jarrett

Director of Risk Management

As the Director of Risk Management,  Sara brings over 23 years of professional experience in the field of risk management and insurance and plays a key role in T. A.  Loving’s executive leadership team.   Her primary responsibilities include management of our  insurance and surety programs, claims processes, subcontractor risks and contractual risks.  Driven by a love of analytics, problem solving, and people, Sara works closely with each department to develop processes and raise awareness to mitigate future organizational risks to protect the wellbeing of our team members and business partners.

Education: B.S. degrees in Finance, Risk Management & Insurance from Florida State University

Designations: Certified Risk Manager and Certificated Insurance Counselor.

Affiliations and Community Outreach: Member of AGC and member of the CAGC Safety Committee.

Volunteer with the American Red Cross of Eastern North Carolina, Public Relations and Blood Services
