Ken Gerrard serves as Director of Business Development for T. A. Loving Company’s Building Group. A respected leader with decades of experience in public service, strategic relationship management, and community advocacy, Ken focuses on strengthening client partnerships and advancing growth opportunities across the firm’s diverse markets.

Throughout his career, Ken has built strong relationships across government, education, healthcare, military, and community organizations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for UNC Health Wayne and represents Wayne County in Washington, D.C., advocating for the continued success and mission of Seymour Johnson Air Force Base. His extensive leadership experience and deep understanding of the region position him to support clients, foster strategic partnerships, and help drive the continued growth of T. A. Loving Company’s Building Group.
