David Pittman

Vice President & Asst. Secretary, Plant

David is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering. David began his career with TA Loving, performing various duties, including exploratory drilling, surveying, estimating, and project management for utility projects involving water and sewer plants. He also has extensive experience working on dams, spillways, utility pipelines, and storm drainage projects throughout the Carolinas and Virginia.

David maintains strong relationships with project owners, engineers, and TA Loving personnel to build quality projects on schedule and to the satisfaction of all parties. David also helped form the Wayne County Water Board and has served on the board since its inception in 1990.
