Christa Davenport serves as T. A. Loving Company’s Director of People & Culture. She is a strategic leadership and team coach with over 25 years of experience building people, relationships, policies, and programs to support quality, growth, and profit. In her role, Christa leads the company’s recruitment and benefit initiatives, inspires and facilitates company leadership growth, develops and implements communication plans and processes, and manages compliance in the role of the company EEO Officer.

Christa earned her bachelor’s degree in education from PennWest California University and is currently working on her graduate degree in Neurodevelopment Sciences. She is a CAGC Committee Chair of the Year award winner and holds certifications from the International Coach Federation and WorkPlace Big 5 Personality Profile and 360 Competency.

A native of Pennsylvania, Christa moved to North Carolina in 1999. She and her husband, Dan, have two kids. Christa strongly believes that when great minds come together with a shared vision and determination, there are no limits to what can be achieved.
