EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

Jeff is the lead estimator for the Line Group within our Utility| Heavy Civil Group of  T. A. Loving Company.  The Line Group handles projects such as  Transmission/Distribution Water Mains, Gravity Sewer Collection and Interceptor Mains, Pressure Sewer Force Mains, Storm Drainage, Water Booster Pumping Stations, Sanitary Sewer Pump Stations, Trenchless Utility Rehabilitations, Urban Water/Sewer/Storm/Roadway Rehabilitations, and City Water/Sewer Annexation Projects.

Jeff maintains strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, our in-house labor force and clients to ensure successful and high-quality projects.  Jeff has expertise in the the Design-Build, CM at-Risk, and Design-Bid-Build projects

Jeff earned his BS from East Carolina University and has been employed with T. A. Loving for over 15 years.
