As an HR professional at T.A. Loving Company, Madison’s personality creates an environment that is welcoming to employees and those who interact with her outside of the organization. She is involved with the employee onboarding process and maintains daily communication with hiring managers and others who play key roles. Madison continues to be successful in developing and improving our social media platforms, as well as encouraging future hires through our Intern Program. She is responsible for promoting career opportunities by attending career fairs and networking events. Madison manages and assists with monthly new hire orientation and advocates employee engagement and development through various methods. Ready to help, Madison enjoys offering any kind of support that is needed. She believes that it all starts with a positive attitude and an open mindset. Keeping everyone on the same page is something that is important to her and helps T.A. Loving Company run smoothly day-to-day.
Madison was an intern in the HR department for several summers during her college years. She obtained a B.S. in Psychology from High Point University. After being hired full time in February 2017, she went to further her education and received a Certificate in Social Media Management in the office of Continuing and Professional Education at N.C. State University.
