Paul is the Senior Vice President and Civil Infrastructure Operations Leader at T. A. Loving Company.  Paul is a true advocate for employee success. With over 20 years at T. A. Loving Company, Paul is an expert in conveyance systems, bridge, and emergency service work. Additionally, Paul is the leading conduit between T. A. Loving Company and our recently acquired firm, Pipeline Utilities, Inc.

Paul earned a degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University. He is an Eagle Scout and still gives the Scouts his time and support through various activities and fundraisers.

Paul currently serves on the board of National Utility Contractors Association (NUCA) as the Immediate Past President.
