Project Summary

T. A. Loving managed the construction of two schools for Wayne County Public Schools. Grantham Middle School, 86,346 sq. ft. and Spring Creek Middle School, 95,946 sq. ft. were built to serve 650 students with a capacity of 800 students. Each school consists of classrooms, auditorium, gymnasium, media center, full-size cafeteria, administrative offices and restrooms. The schools are ENERGY POSITIVE with solar PV, geothermal, daylighting and LED lighting.

These two schools produce more energy than they consume.
