Project Summary

T. A. Loving formed a joint venture to serve as construction manager for the Vidant Heart Institute. The project includes the construction of a 375,000 sf, six story facility and minor renovations to the existing hospital. The new facility will be an integral part of providing quality cardiovascular care to patients in eastern North Carolina. The project includes radiology rooms, cath labs, cardiac observation unit, ambulatory surgery unit, cafeteria, six operating rooms, PACU, and 168 patient beds.
