Project Summary

PHASE I
The Waste Water Treatment Plant project included construction of a new 24 MGD settling basin and associated support equipment, 12 MGD lter, associated pipe and valving, a new SCADA system, 65 million gallon lined reservoir, high service pumping, 2 million gallon clearwell, new chemical feed systems, laboratory renovation, sludge dewatering basing and equipment and sitework.

PHASE II
The Office Complex is a CM@Risk project for the Harnett County Public Utilities Department. It includes a warehouse, fueling station, offices, and storage building, with extensive sitework and utilizing pre-engineered metal buildings. Project includes equipment refueling island and equipment, metal standing seam roofing, structural steel and masonry structure and brick and EiFS exterior.
