Project Summary

This project consisted of the construction of an alternate access into the Love Grove and Clarendon Park Community. One Tree Hill Way was extended across an unnamed tributary of Smiths Creek to the intersection of Stanley St. and Creekfront Dr. A bridge was constructed for the creek and wetland crossing. The project scope included the bridge, street improvements with the curb/gutter, sidewalks, drainage structures, striping and street lighting.
